Sausage and Mushroom Stuffed Crust Pizza Recipe



Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 envelope of pizza crust yeasts (Fleischmann®) 
1 1/2  tsp of sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup very warm water (about 130 degrees F)*
3 tbsp of oil
4 sticks (1 oz. each) of string cheese

Toppings:
3/4 or more cup of pizza sauce
1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb of browned and drained Italian sausage, 
4 - 8  ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
