Grilled Chicken Caprese Pasta Recipe


2 medium chicken breast halves that are grilled and diced into strips
9 ounces of Rigatoni or Penne pasta
2 cups fire roasted tomato pasta sauce (Classico is Great)
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup of finely grated Romano Cheese
1 finely minced garlic clove 
red pepper flakes, to taste (this is optional, for added heat)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pint grape tomatoes that is diced into halves
12 ounces of grated fresh mozzarella
16 fresh Basil leaves, (chopped fairly small)
