Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Shells Recipe


12 ounes box of jumbo shells

1 16 ounces container of ricotta cheese

1 cup of Italian blend cheese, grated

3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

12 ounces of cottage cheese

1 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon of pepper

dash of ground nutmeg

24 ounces of your preffered marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups of grated mozzerella cheese

10 ounces frozen spinach. Must be defrosted with the liquid wrung out
