Spinach And Ricotta Gnocchi Recipe

3/4 cup frozen spinach, Thaw it and squeeze out the excess liquid (about 0.5 lbs)
3/4 cup of ricotta
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated 
1/2 tspn of lemon zest
3/4 cup of flour
1 egg
Olive oil (or your preferred sauce)
