BBQ Chicken Salad Recipe


1 tblspn of olive oil
2 thin-sliced chicken breast that are boneless and skinless
salt and  black pepper
6 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
1 diced tomato
3/4 cup of drained canned corn kernels
3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of diced onion, red
1/4 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of Ranch dressing
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
1/4 cup tortilla strips
