Lasagna Rollups Recipe

20 whole Lasagna Noodles

For The Sauce:
2 Tblspns of Olive Oil
1 Diced whole Medium Onion
3 minced Garlic cloves
1-1/2 lb of Ground Beef
1/2 lb of Italian Sausage
28 oz,  Canned  Tomatoes, Diced
8 oz of Tomato Paste
1 tspn of Salt
1 tspn of Black Pepper
3 Tblspns of  Fresh Parsley, Minced
3 Tblspns of  Fresh Basil, Minced

For The Filling:
30 oz of Ricotta Cheese
2 whole Eggs
3/4 cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tspn of Salt
1/2 tspn of Pepper
1 Tblspn of minced Parsley
1 Tblspn of minced Basil
1 lb of grated Mozzarella
